Terms of Use

You represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have obtained required parental or guardian consent.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" refers to both you individually and the organization you represent.

The Site provides information about Senthorion, including marketing content, documentation, and access points to the Service.

The Service is a multi-tenant platform for attack-surface discovery, vulnerability management, API monitoring, compliance workflows, alerting, and related cybersecurity capabilities. Certain features may be labeled beta, preview, or early access and may change or be discontinued.

If you have a separate written agreement with Senthorion (such as an order form, master subscription agreement, or data processing agreement), that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

The Site and Service contain text, software, graphics, logos, documentation, and other materials owned by Senthorion or its licensors ("Senthorion Content"). Senthorion Content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Senthorion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Senthorion Content except as expressly permitted by law or by Senthorion in writing.

Senthorion names, logos, and product marks are trademarks of Senthorion or its affiliates. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

The Site or Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, products, or services. Senthorion is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Site or Service, you acknowledge that policy.

You retain ownership of data, assets, configurations, and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data").

You grant Senthorion a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data and for obtaining all rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Access or attempt to access another customer's data, accounts, or environments without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
• Bypass plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Upload malware except where explicitly required for authorized security testing within the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.

The Service is designed to perform security assessments on assets you configure. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have explicit written authorization to test every domain, IP address, system, cloud account, repository, API, and other asset you submit.

You must not use Senthorion to probe, scan, stress-test, or otherwise assess systems you are not authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations related to security testing.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Service, including export control, sanctions, anti-bribery, and data protection laws.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable export or sanctions laws.

Access to the Service requires an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

Features, limits, and pricing may depend on your plan tier. Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are communicated in the product, on the Site, or in ordering documents.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled according to your plan terms.

We strive to provide reliable Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

Support levels and response times may vary by plan. Status information may be published on status.senthorion.com or related channels.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senthorion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Service, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your unauthorized testing of assets.

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SENTHORION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of all incidents, vulnerabilities, or breaches. Senthorion does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all security issues will be detected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTHORION AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTHORION'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO SENTHORION FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), UNLESS A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT STATES OTHERWISE.

You are responsible for violations of these Terms by anyone using the Site or Service under your account or with your authorization. These Terms apply to anyone accessing the Site or Service on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Service if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may provide reasonable export access for a limited period where applicable, unless prohibited by law, security obligations, or active investigations.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

By using the Site or Service or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may provide notices by email, through the Service, or by posting on the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Podgorica, Montenegro.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Senthorion regarding the Site and Service, except for any separate written agreement between the parties. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Senthorion may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.

Non-English translations of these Terms are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version controls.
