Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Senthorion platform. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service scope and status
Senthorion provides cybersecurity workflows that help organizations monitor and improve their security posture. Features may evolve over time as we improve quality and coverage, and certain functionality may be offered on a beta or preview basis.
2. Accounts, organizations, and roles
Access is organization-scoped. Organizations manage their users through role-based access and are responsible for the permissions assigned to their members.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where unauthorized use results directly from our breach of these Terms.
3. Authorized scanning requirement
You represent and warrant that you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to test every domain, system, account, repository, and asset you submit to Senthorion.
You must not use Senthorion to probe, stress, or scan third-party systems without clear, documented permission from the lawful owner.
4. Acceptable use restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants or to platform infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform beyond rights provided by law.
- Bypass plan limits, quotas, or safety controls.
- Upload malware, except where explicitly required for legitimate, authorized testing.
5. Customer data and licenses
You retain ownership of your submitted data. You grant Senthorion a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
We may generate derived metrics and aggregated statistics that do not identify your organization for service operations and analytics.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Access may be offered through trials and paid plans with defined limits and feature gates. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan terms are communicated in product or in ordering documents.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel renewal according to your plan terms.
7. Availability and support
Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance, emergency patches, or third-party dependency incidents may affect uptime.
We provide support channels and operational incident handling. Response and resolution times can vary by plan.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. Security tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete prevention of incidents.
To the extent permitted by law, Senthorion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Senthorion from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your unauthorized scanning of assets you did not have permission to test.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We may also suspend service to contain active abuse.
Upon termination, reasonable export access may be provided for a limited period unless prohibited by law, security obligations, or active investigations.
11. Governing law and contact
Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the applicable order form or master agreement. If no separate agreement exists, these Terms are interpreted under the laws agreed in your contracting process.
